DIOCESAN YOUTH AND CHILDREN COORDINATOR:

Though there were positive experiences and some challenges faced, the Diocesan youth department has the following future plans.

1. Youth visits to different parishes by the Youth Coordinator and the Team to empower the grassroots Youth Leadership.
2. Strengthening CoU Youth Leadership at CoU founded schools through empowering Scripture Union.
3. Giving handout skills to youth by setting up youth vocational training center
4. Building youth and children partners to support youth and children department.
5. Organizing youth and children leaders submit at the diocesan level that will invite all the youth and children leaders at the archdeaconry level.
6. Organizing annual youth week that will help in raising fund for the youth and children department.
7. Participating in the provincial youth and children submit which help in knowledge empowerment.
8.  Organizing youth camps at the archdeaconry level with a strategic work plan for the youth during their stay.
9. Organizing youth convention at the diocesan level to preach the Gospel of the Lord.
10.  Promoting talents in youth and children of Diocese of West Lango through;
11.  Organizing MDD at the diocesan level where by each zone will participate.
12.  Organizing football tournament at the diocesan level which I advise should be done once a year.
13.  Organizing annual diocesan children day celebration.
14.  Providing learning materials to children to strengthen their faith as they grow in church.
15.  Setting out boys and girls brigade through brass band.
